Known Issues:

If you are one of the few people experiencing immediate crashing after launch, please delete and reinstall the app. Then contact support and let us know whether this fixed your issue and what device type you are using. Thank you.

General:

No internet connection is required to play. However, an internet connection is required to download the game.
The game is currently available for iOS only.
The game is compatible with all iOS devices that run iOS 10.3.3 and above.
Make sure you have entered the email correctly. If your email is correct and you still haven’t received an email validation code, check to make sure it is not being blocked by your organization/school and it is not in your junk/spam folder.
Make sure you have entered the code correctly, if it is still invalid, please request a new code and try again.
Lake Accounts are automatically backed up to our Servers. Simply log in to a new device with your Lake Account and your data will be right where you left it. If you were using a local only account, we are not able to restore your game data.

If your account is a Local Account, you should convert it to a Lake Account in the profile settings section of The Lake and then follow the steps above.

Gameplay:

Weapons, Attachments, and Items are earned by reaching the necessary XP levels or completing other requirements. XP is earned by playing the game. You can earn XP faster by purchasing Premium or playing during double XP events. Some items can also be unlocked early by purchasing the associated Finisher. See game for details on a specific item.
Vanity items are earned for free by playing the game to earn Scavenger Packs or by completing your daily free offers. You may also buy Premium G.O.A.T. Gear Packs which contain guaranteed high end items or purchase items directly from the vendors. Some items are also available for free as bonuses for buying other items. See game for full details.
Silver is earned from daily activities, completing some achievements, and when you reach the maximum count of a given item. You may also buy Silver directly with Gold.
Gold is a premium currency which is available from in app purchases. It is intended to enhance a players experience but is not required in order to play the game. Gold is used to buy Premium items such as G.O.A.T. Gear packs, Vendor Items, and Finishers.
Use Silver to make copies of vanity items you’ve already earned. You can also use Silver to purchase Designer Rolls from the Packs/Scavenger menu that reward you with one random item of specified rarity.
To get your social media reward, you must click “Get Now” from within the Trigger Fist G.O.A.T app. If you have already liked/followed, you can still redeem your reward by clicking “Get Now” on the offer in the game.
When you are making noise you will show up on enemies’ audio displays. Sprinting and moving while standing and not zoomed in will make detectable noise. Note: When the indicator in the center of your Audio Display is lit up, you are detectable by enemies.

In App Purchases:

We have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that all purchases work as intended. If you purchased a non-consumable item such as the Starter Pack, a Lake Name Change, or a subscription to Premium, you can click Restore Purchases on the Sign-up/Boost Menu. If this still does not work, you can attempt to make the purchase again. Apple will not charge the same iTunes account for the same non-consumable/subscription more than once.
We have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that all purchases work as intended. If you purchased a consumable item such as a Gold Pack and didn’t receive it, you can request a refund in the iTunes App Store.

Due to limitations put on us by the iTunes App Store, Lake Effect Applications is unable to process any refunds on your behalf and has no influence on whether Apple grants a refund.
